Terms of Use

Welcome to Hidden Valley Ranch Community, a private, members-only community forum operated by Shompton (on behalf of the Association) for the Hidden Valley Ranch Property Owners Association. By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts are created by association administrators for property owners and other authorized individuals. The Service is not open to public sign-up. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your contact information current with an administrator.

The Service uses passwordless sign-in: we send a one-time passcode to your email address or, if enabled, your mobile number. Do not share your passcodes with anyone.

If you sign in with your mobile number, you consent to receive account-related text messages (such as one-time passcodes and occasional activity notifications) from Hidden Valley Ranch. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may always use email sign-in instead. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree that you will not:

• Post unlawful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Post spam, advertising, or content unrelated to the community.
• Upload files containing malware or infringing on others’ rights.
• Share other members’ personal information without their consent.

Administrators may remove content or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms. Thread moderators provide official, highlighted guidance in their discussions; they do not remove other members’ posts.

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant the Service permission to display and store your content so it can be shown to other members. You are responsible for the content you share and any files you upload.

The Service is provided “as is” for the convenience of the community, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered on time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shompton (on behalf of the Association) and the Hidden Valley Ranch Property Owners Association are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
